Introductions
Hello All!
My name is Chris. I am from Tulsa, OK in the great USA!
Last September, 2008, I met Cecil on SSPXSingles.com, a traditional Catholic singles website. We have been seriously corresponding ever since!
For the months of April and May, 2009, I will be visiting Cecil before starting a one year RN program (accelerated BSN) in Tulsa. Cecil is a Filipina! She is from Bohol, Philippines, a tropical paradise, the only Christian and democratic country in Asia; and, the last Catholic culture in the world! Bohol is a small tropical island province surrounded by white sand beaches, crystal blue water, barrier reef, and some of the best scuba locations in the world! The interior of the island is no less spectacular with mountains, waterfalls, caves, and beautiful farmland! Best of all, I hear, is the greatness of the people who are warm, hospitable, and very happy people!!
Cecil and I are both traditional Catholics who attend the traditional Latin Mass offered by the priests of the Society of St. Pius X. My chapel is in Tulsa; hers is in Tagbilaran City, Bohol. For us, our Faith is why we are willing to travel across oceans to find a truely compatible marriage partner for life!
During my trip, I will be regularly posting pictures and a kind of travel diary! Each week, we will attend Mass, visit family and friends, and take in the sites. I am especially looking forward to sampling the local delicacies, going to the beach, and of course getting to know Cecil!
I hope my travels will entertain and inspire you for months to come!
